Accessibility in our work

Our commitment to accessibility extends beyond this website and into everything we make and do.

In our film productions we are committed to casting disabled talent on screen, reflecting the full diversity of the world we live in. We budget for additional on-set support where required to ensure disabled cast and crew can participate fully. A mental health first aider is a standard provision on our productions, recognising that the emotional wellbeing of our team is as important as their physical safety.

For our screenings, labs, and events we request physically accessible venues as standard and provide subtitled versions of our films wherever possible. We are committed to ensuring that anyone who wants to engage with our work can do so.

We are also actively developing relationships with organisations to ensure that our approach to accessibility continues to grow and improve across all areas of our work.
